From what I have read, there is no subscription - it comes free w/ ESPN

If you have the ability to watch ESPN online, you can view ACC Network Plus. I really hope this is not a way for ESPN to get around paying the $45m annually to the ACC. But the positive here is olympic sports will start getting coverage starting in the Fall and the school studios, etc. can get started up working out the kinks along the way.

Relying on individuals to go out of their way to subscribe to an online ACCN is not going to be the money maker. Even if the SEC/B1G did this it would be a fraction of what they get from their traditional networks. The hope is the money comes in 2019 with the traditional channel.
